- Bruce Irving's Dog is barking and running above my bedroom. It is so loud it sound like the dog is in my unit. It is very startling because the dog jumping off of funiture and I can hear his paws flapping around the room. This is happening everyday. I am sending another complaint because I am not able to rest in my apartment because of the noise from his dogs.
