Description
Star Market on Morrissey Blvd. The bathroom has no ceiling, the tiles have been removed and its ceiling is open to the rest of the store. Couldnt that lead to possoble contaminatikn of areas around it? Second, there is some water dripping from the pipes in the ceiling in the bread and ice cream isle. Third is that workers were preparing fresh food on a stainleess steel table in the deli area while raw whole chickens were being handled in very close proximity.
