- City did not pick up my recycling on Friday - for the second time in a row. (I had put out tras and recycling at 6:00 AM.) Later, some left a large bix there. It is not mine. Tried to report through 311 but the app was glitchy. Then I received a ticket, which I am NOT going to pay. Please send someone to 54 Rutland Square to pick this up.
