Is the right “lane” on N. Harvard Ave going toward Western Ave at that intersection a right turn only car lane or a bike only lane? The ambiguity has multiple cars riding in that lane, blocking bikes from seeing they have a green light during the cars’ red light, which is separate from the car’s green light.
