- Litter at the corner of Dartmouth and Boylston St. this is a constant problem for years!! The unhoused hang out there and walk by in the morning sleeping on the side walk. Do not know what the root cause is if the litter but needs to be addressed. Interestingly during World Cup the unhoused were not there and no litter.
