Missing Manhole Cover current
- Description
- Improperly placed manhole cover. See report from 2 months ago #101006649069. Loud clanging noise with every car that drives by, 24 hours/day - for TWO MONTHS. Never made noise before crew worked on street and failed to return cover to correct position. It is incessant, can be heard inside a closed house, and it is fixable. Please correct.
