Description
Placing trash bins too early on 7/11/26. Tuesday 7/14 was trash day. As of 7/16 multiple Trash bins are blocking sidewalks preventing accessible access especially for disabled pedestrians. Please cite. At the intersection of Bishop Joe L Smith & Geneva Ave. there is also trash around the premises disposed without proper maintenance or clean up
