- This alley way is a hub for trash, needles, and human feces. I have had human feces spread on my parked car, left in bags by my door, and on the ground between cars. Today there was a broken plastic chair and a plastic bag full of trash left during the workday. Trash is thrown over the fence nearly every night. It is long overdue for a deep clean. Thank you in advance for investigating.
