- Bruce Irving's dogs are still dropping hard objects above my unit as well as him stomping across his unit for hours from the morning into the afternoon excessively. Dropping things extremely hard and all this knowing the police were called and animal control was called. He knows I am in active litigation with the property and yet he still chooses to make above normal apartment noise along with still giving his dogs balls and bones to stop me from having quiet enjoyment in my unit that I pay rent for my apartment just like he does. I have said that I am disabled and that this noise that is happening is affecting my health but I am not getting any help and everyone keeps passing the hot potato. Please someone talk to this tenant directly to let him know that he can be held accountable for the noise he is causing and that he is actively breaking a city ordinance.
