- I would like to report a serious sanitation and rodent issue on City of Boston property located at 68 Laredo Street, parcel #1400413000. The specific area of concern is the portion of the City property located directly behind 106 Devon Street, between my rear chain-link fence and the black metal fence bordering the park area. This enclosed area has been neglected for several years and has accumulated trash, debris, fallen branches, leaves, heavy vegetation, and other waste. There are also multiple rat burrows throughout the area, along with a significant amount of rodent activity affecting my property and the surrounding homes. The black metal City fence is also damaged and needs to be inspected and repaired. Would someone be available for an on-site inspection in order to coordinate the removal of the accumulated debris, rodent inspection and treatment, and repair of the damaged fence. I would also like someone from the appropriate City department to contact me so I can show them the exact location and work with the City to provide any access needed to address the issue.
