- Reoccurring potholes and incomplete repairs. Please refer to case# 101006696956. And case# BCS-00236382. Only 1 manhole pothole has been repaired. The others are still there and growing! Both of the above cases have been marked as closed, but the holes are not. PLEASE...can someone make sure they are FIXED before closing out the case? I still see cars at the entrance of the tunnel changing flat tires.
