- Bruce Irving's dogs continue daily to affect my quiet enjoyment in my apartment my allowing his pets to drop hard bones and toys above my unit. ( 7/18/26 @ 11:45 a.m. also last night where I was unablecto sleep) I have complained to Princeton Properties on several occasions and sent them a Notice to Cure, filed a lawsuit in housing court but the noise is still happening daily and what I can't understand is why if there are so any enforcement agencies that deal with this he is still able to get away with it? I am complaining and sending these everytime an occurrence happens which is everyday sometimes more than once a day. The dogs are barking, jumping off furniture and disrupting my quiet enjoyment. Animal Control says the dogs are not big but I saw the dogs they are big and to have two big dogs daily doing this over my head you have got to be able to do something rather than tell me your hands are tied. Please send some enforcement to let this tenant know enough is enough. The dogs have to go because this has been going on since January. Who is it that I need to speak to to hild the property and him accountable. I need to take him to court or have a hearing at Animal Control let's get that started.
