- There is a rabbit in the Park at Victory Road that is in desperate need of attention. It is sitting at the playground entrance on the North side and it is COVERED in engorged ticks or mites of some kind!! It looks almost paralyzed as people can walk right next to it and take pictures and it does not move. The poor thing needs to be relocated and treated before it is ultimately tormented and further stressed by children not knowing the health risks associated. Please help!
