- Extremely loud construction work taking place outside our residential building. Hundreds of people live on Harrison Avenue. This work should not be done at night. Non-emergency work. BTD was WRONG to issue this permit. See attached doc that I got from the foreman. PLEASE STOP THIS WORK IMMEDIATELY AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT DURING THE DAYTIME.
