- Signage needs to be clarified regarding dogs at Mcgann playground. One sign says no dogs allowed in play lot & one right next to it says please keep dogs leashed & clean up after them. A woman had her large dog on a leash but wasn’t holding the leash & was allowing her dog to run all over the playground & grassy area. The dog was pooping all over the place & she was not picking it up. Her dog was barely ever by her side. She was letting him go off by himself with his leash dragging behind him. The park was packed with children.
