- The sidewalk and general area, greenery etc needs general upkeep in front of the Thomas P ONeil fed bldg between Hub 50 Apt’s and Lomasney off Causeway. We live off this block and this area is filled with trash, broken glass, used needles, overgrown greenery. This morning there’s vomit everywhere. Everyday is like this.
