- Massive flood puddles every time it rains ever since these speed humps were installed. Can someone check if the storm drains are blocked or if an additional storm drain is needed? It’s really bad. People who park IMT hem can’t get out of their cars and end up moving. The ADA accessible sidewalk ramps and crosswalks are impassible when it rains hard like today.
