Description: I have contacted 311 to report tractor trailers idling around TD Garden before and an after events. Tonight I called when three pulled in on Lomansey Way and than 2 more arrived within minutes at 12:58 pm. More were seen on Causeway St and further down on Nashua ST Some were there more than a hour. I have yet to get a response from the city of Boston on any of my reports aside from a BP officer answering a call who approached 1 driver on Lomasney and said that if he lived here it wouldn't bother him. No tickets for idling or illegal stopping, standing were written. if the city is all right with what is happening around the TD Garden let me know . I will still see this situation as unhealthy for residents and I will continue to believe that with better scheduling of access to limited loading spaces by TD Garden operations the amount of time trucks remain stationary with their engines running can be reduced.
