- CONSTRUCTION SITE VIOLATIONS. These signs went up TODAY 7/22 for restrictions to start tomorrow (not 48 hours in advance as required) and they are using cones to block parking today, when the permit does not allow for that. This is already the THIRD complaint in one week about the flagrant disregard for regulations at this construction site. Neighbors are rightly concerned. Please send ISD out today to make them remove the cones. Parking restrictions cannot be enforced tomorrow because signs were not posted in a timely manner.
