Description: No one is maintaining the porta potty that is in the middle of the beautiful turf fields for some reason - always unlocked and smells so putrid especially when tou are sitting in the bleachers trying to watch a baseball game. Can the city move this to where it used to be and maybe try maintaining this?! It is completely filled to the top and so unsanitary and disgusting.
