- The neighbors have a dog in the balcony crying everyday and night. Even when it’s raining super hard and when it’s super hot they left him there. They screamed at the dog to shut up.And i don’t even see them giving food or water just screaming.The dog sounds very little and when he cries all night my dog stays in our window and cries too. They are abusing the poor dog.
