- This is the third report made. Residents at 16 Fowler street have not resolved the previous trash/furniture dumping issue. The accumulating items resulting in more trash/furniture being dumped with the old items. Most of the items are from the second floor residents at 16 Fowler. The property is cited and still no resolve or any follow up. Case gets closed with no resolve. Major rat issue in the neighborhood. Furniture items need to be broken down and put for trash day. Mattress removal is not contact so residents can have them properly removed. These issues need to be known to the residents so they know what to do instead of leaving an overwhelming amount of items outside for months.

Resolved. Citation has been issued by code enforcement at this time. Property is going to get cited daily until they resolved the problem. Landlord is responsible for it. thank you.
