- This is a follow up request regarding chronic property neglect at 759 Washington street, Dorchester. I previously reported the bad conservation, overgrowth, and trash in both the front and back yards 9 months ago under case #101006322622. The case was closed with a note stating a fine was issued. However, the owner has completely ignored the fine, and no cleanup has occured. The violations persist creating an ongoing neighborhood nuisance. Requesting an inspector to conduct another physical site visit to verify the persistent non compliance.
