- In East Boston Memorial Park, ***BEHIND*** the pump house for the Splash Pad, someone has dumped a gigantic, tractor trailer tire. It is unsightly, and should be removed. Thank you. The Mayor is coming to this area, this Monday. It needs to be cleaned up, ASAP.
