Description: Hello, A man who lives at 16 Whitman Street in Dorchester fixes cars in front of 13 Whitman Street weekly for hours at a time. He has 3 different cars that he works on. He has access to a large yard at his home, but chooses to work on the cars in front of 13 Whitman Street. Pedestrians, delivery people, mail carriers, dogs, children, etc. have to walk around the tires and tools on the sidewalk or walk on the street and he ignores them and doesn't make any effort to move his belonging or apologize for inconveniencing everyone. Someone can easily trip over the things on the sidewalk and when he is finished, he leaves behind trash on the sidewalk and street. He revs the engine repeatedly and a strong smell of exhaust comes through open windows. The loud music he plays and power tools are noisy and disruptive especially when people are trying to work from home during the week. Today he started working on 2 cars at 1:00 PM and didn't leave until after 6:00 PM. During that time, people visited him and they sat outside with him in chairs on the sidewalk further blocking the sidewalk which is a regular occurrence. The picture of the blue house is his home.
