- Construction started before 7am. The supervisor for the project was laying on his horn after 6am. He parked in front of my home and was laying on hit horn. When I went outside and asked him why he couldn’t politely and respectfully utilize the doorbells he said people don’t answer. I asked him if he was even willing to try. It was a disrespectful exchange on his part where he told me I should be happy to be getting a new road and sidewalks. They have been very messy with this project. Leaving trash and debris all over the street. Now this.
