- Incomplete repaving. Kelton @ Comm Ave crosswalk area is not being replaced. All other resurfacing on other intersections (Scottfield Road for example) are being replaced up to the Comm Ave. access road. Please resurface this street likewise. This is heavily traveled by pedestrians and motor vehicles.
