44-46 Soldiers Field Pl – Unit 305 Nuisance UpdateDATE: July 30, 2026TIMESTAMP: 11:10 PM – 11:13 PM DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURAL VIOLATION: This is a critical, timestamped update to active case file #BCS-00269317 regarding continuous nocturnal disruptions during mandatory city quiet hours. At 11:10 PM, the occupant of Unit 305 (Bruce Irving) returned to the unit and immediately began making loud, heavy disruptions—including dropping heavy objects and slamming structures or doors—directly over my bedroom layout.
