- Walking and bicycling hazards. I observed many bicycle and joggers fall and almost fall because of the holes in the path. These holes are huge with rusty steel rebars exposed. This bicycle and walking path is a heavily use path between the Ruggles mbta and Northeastern College. It is use by surrounding community and College students.
