- Our neighbor's dog has been off leash 3 times in our neighborhood and this time it came on my property and almost bit my child, a friend and myself. The owner had no control over the dog and was running around my property off leash. I already called 911 because of its aggressive nature. I would like to file a formal report with animal control. Thank you.
