- The property at 19 Kenton Rd in Jamaica Plain has been landmarked, and yet it is abandoned. The developer/owner Mark Federico and his brother Joe Federico have shut off the gas and water to the house, there is more than one window open low enough that animals can get inside, the invasive weeds are growing up the house and beginning to cover the windows, and currently there are 2 ISD tickets affixed to the front door. This is neglected property, already landmarked by the BLC, and no one can reach the developer. Please help!
