- Utility cover in Public Alley 903 is making noise as cars/trucks pass over it day and night. It’s loose as much asphalt has broken apart wound it. It looks like the asphalt was hammered for removal and repairs, but the only repairs were to a different cover in the same alley. Perhaps it was overlooked?
