- Trash receptacles needed in East Boston. Area across from Woodys liquor (Saratoga St and Barnes Ave) has a memorial that is filled with trash. There are no barrels from Barnes Ave all the way to Annavoy Street so almost don’t blame everyone who puts trash in this memorial-shaped-like-a-trash-can. We need barrels!! It’s absurd! At least put some on every other corner Bayswater or Saratoga or St Andrew’s. Please help! Doesn’t help the rat situation either!
