Description
Tree needs removal or serious trim. Several large branches with no life on them over hanging side walk, parked cars and street. Dead branch’s. Also, roots of tree have popped up side walk so it is not flat. Bricks cemented around tree by city. The incline from the roots popping up the side walk. Make walking, especially handicapped, difficult.
