Resolved. Parks Suggestion Received - The tree in question is under warranty until the spring of 2027 and will be checked after the winter for overall health and will be replaced if found to be dead. The tree is experiencing drought stress but still has live green cambium and alive buds. Tree would benefit from extra water supplied by abutting property owners.
