- I spoke with the trash collector. An addict broke open trash bags in front of the trash collector and the trash truck just now after the trash collector asked him not to. This is on East Concord Street on the block between Washington and Harrison. The trash collector asked me to post to 311 and ask you to please view any footage of the addict who chose to do this act. I believe he was a man without a shirt, red shorts and pushing a wheelchair. If I had come up a minute sooner I would have gotten a photo. Please come get the trash.
