Description
Location: Outside the Victor apartment complex, on the small connector street between Haverhill Street and Beverly Street (functions as both a vehicle pathway and pedestrian walkway). Issue: Persistent urine odor along the sidewalk and street in this area, likely from dogs or possibly homeless who congregate here. Request: Requesting city crews power wash or clean the affected section of street/sidewalk to address the odor for residents and pedestrians who use this pathway.
