Description: The photo is of a section of chain link fence on the west side of Harrison Avenue in the South End, on the block between East Berkeley and Traveller. For many years this section has been damaged and slants away from the sidewalk, into the parking lot behind iFresh market. That creates an alcove where garbage collects, attracting rats. With the Harrison Ave Improvement Project now underway (yay!), will the property owner be required to fix this eyesore? Thanks, Paul Lewis
