Description
URGENT: SIDEWALK COLLAPSE & DRAINAGE HAZARD — 79–83 APPLETON ST @ CLARENDON ST Severely deteriorated and sunken sidewalk is causing chronic standing water and improper drainage toward adjacent property, resulting in water intrusion and property damage. The condition creates a serious public safety hazard: deep puddling during rain, dangerous ice formation in winter, and increased slip-and-fall risk for pedestrians. Stagnant water is also contributing to mosquito activity. Immediate inspection and repair of sidewalk and drainage/grade conditions is requested. Photos available
