Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Description: I live at 21 Wensley St. the property adjacent to me, which is the back yard of 28 fisher, has overgrown weeds that make it impossible to use the sidewalk and are creeping up onto our property and on the electrical wires. We have previously submitted requests for this to be managed, but the officer mistakenly ticketed us. We do not own this property and request that the correct owners of 28 fisher be notified. This is a problem every year.
