Description
Church has been pumping sewer water onto the sidewalk of Belgrade Avenue for longer than two weeks. Because of the heat, a biofilm of algae and putrid bacteria with foul odor, has grown and dissipated into nearby residences. Please ask the church to stop draining sewer water onto public walkways, used by children and seniors.
