“City/BWSC crews have been operating loud vacuum equipment on Columbus Avenue directly outside my residence from approximately 6 p.m. onward. This is causing significant nighttime noise. There was no notice to residents. Please confirm whether this work is authorized for these hours and whether it is considered emergency work.”
