- 4 large trash bags filled with garbage left on the street yesterday in front of Twomey Court on East 5th Street. It’s been pulled apart by the rats that have been living in the bushes there for years. Our trash day is not until Monday. So this will foul smelling garbage will seat in the heat for days. Please do something. Please cite the property. The HOA has done nothing to proactively educate their tenants on properly disposing trash and to mitigate the rat issue. As I am standing here submitting this 311 report a rat ran out of the bushes behind the trash bags.
