Description: The garbage truck that picks up trash around Jamaica Pond is going way too fast around the Pond in a busy morning with runners, walkers, people pushing baby carriages. What is the legal mph that they should be going??? Today one came barreling around a corner and scared the sh*t out of me. The driver seems to be either behind schedule and rushing or has a lot to get done. This is UNSAFE and DANGEROUS to be driving that fast near pedestrians and the truck takes up the entire path at some points. This has happened on several occasions but this is my first official complaint. Can a smaller truck please collect trash around the Pond? It used to be a regular pick up truck before. I did not get pictures at the time the truck passed me. But I include pictures of the area where there isn’t much space while the truck drives past too fast.
