Description
Bruce Irving's dogs are actively dropping hard objects above my unit. I am completely aware of what is normal apartment noise and a level of noise the is disruptive and a nuisance. This tenant is absolutely letting this transpire. This is complete harassment with him knowing I have been complaining since January and he is blatantly letting this happen. You have to ask yourself " Why would the property allow this to happen instead of talking to him about it? It is ok if you guys feel like this is something beyond your control but I have to document it. He and the management are working together to try to get me to leave because he is a market rate tenant that also pays dog fees and I am an Inclusionary housing recipient that is not paying g as much as him. That is why she said they asked him if he would like to switch units rather than me and I have been here 8 moths before he moved in and disabled. I am sorry for the overflow of complaints but now you know why there are so many.
