Description: It is approximately 9:17 pm and this Dominican Festival is still going on. My car received damages, they’re still out here with the loud music! The ambulance could not get through and the ignorance is beyond belief! This should NOT CONTINUE TO GO ON!! A LOT OF US HAVE TO GET UP FOR WORK EARLY AND OUR KIDS AS WELL!!!!
