Description
Uncovered dumpster on the VA property behind 238 S Huntington Ave has attracted many rats, causing potential health hazards to neighboring units. The dumpster also attracted unhoused/homeless people to gather trash/recycled stuff from their problematic dumpster, which is super close to a residential building.
