Description
Waste deliberately thrown "dumped"on sidewalk and not properly placed in waste containers as instructed blocking the sidewalk for disabled individuals.The waste is located on the public sidewalk between 1706 COMMONWEALTH AVENUE AND across from the SUTHERLAND ROAD M.B.T.A. stop in BRIGHTON,MA 02135.
