- Description
- Sustained construction noise levels at 75/76 decibels beginning around 8pm nightly at Matthew's Arena. Noise continues for about an hour then there's a 15 to 30 minute break before the pattern repeats itself for several hours, usually past midnight. Have attempted multiple calls to 311, but it doesn't seem to get to ISD, so I'm documenting it here.
