Illegal Dumping or Disposal

Description: Trash is piled up all over this yard from the construction project that has no Dumpster. More than 1 yard of construction waste is strewn throughout the property which glows into the street and onto neighboring property. This has been reported to 311 over 20 times and while they have been cited a handful of times they are typically just given a talking to. Why they receive special treatment for being such bad neighbors I cannot tell, but big companies shouldn’t be treated differently than individuals who are repeatedly cited for much more minor violations. New lies allow fines up to $1000. I believe, why don’t we get this money into the cities’s golfers instead of letting these inconsiderate developers keep it at the expense of the neighbors?
